Student Registration
All Pre-K, Kindergarten, and school-aged registrations are managed through our District Office.
To register a Pre-K child, please complete the Pre-K Lottery Form and our Registration Packet. Both documents must be returned to the District Office no later than 3 p.m. April 3, 2025.
To register a Kindergarten child, please complete the Registration Packet and return it to the District Office. A District representative will be in touch to schedule Kindergarten screening and confirm the start date once they receive a complete packet.
To register a child for grades 1-12, please complete the Registration Packet. Someone from your child’s building will be in touch regarding start date.

Please remember to include your proofs of residency when submitting your registration packet.
Paperwork may be hand-delivered during business hours. Paperwork may also be scanned and emailed to: Registration@MaryvaleUFSD.org

Maryvale offers four Pre-Kindergarten program options, each of which has a limited number of enrollment spots.
Full Day Pre-K, from 9:00 am to 3:25 pm, located at Maryvale Primary School
Full Day Pre-K, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, located at BrightPath / 777 Maryvale Dr.
Half-Day AM Pre-K, 9:00 am - 11:30 am, located at Maryvale Primary School
Half-Day PM Pre-K, 12:55 pm - 3:25 pm, located at Maryvale Primary School
In the past, demand for each option has been higher than the number of spots available. Because of this, Maryvale uses a lottery system to provide an objective way to allocate seats. The Pre-K Lottery form requires that each family indicate their ranked preference.
Families who do not receive their first choice will be automatically put on a waiting list and will be contacted in the order of their lottery number should an opening occur.
