The Maryvale School District receives Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Title I funds for the Primary School, the Intermediate School, the Middle School and the High School.

Parent Complaint Procedure

The Maryvale Union Free School District strongly encourages parents, teachers, other interested persons and agency representatives to actively communicate with the District’s teachers and administrators to work out any disagreements that may arise regarding Title I or Academic intervention Services for a particular child.  If the disagreement cannot be settled, any public or nonpublic parent or teacher, other interested person, or agency may file a complaint.
