PTO Meeting Minutes

Please help the PTO by volunteering to help with events and fundraisers or by volunteering in classrooms.

The Maryvale Primary PTO is asking for your support in its efforts to expand the learning experiences of your child. While we encourage and appreciate those who are able to volunteer their time to PTO activities, being a member of the PTO does not obligate you to serve on the board or to attend the meetings. Your membership fees are used to support activities for your child's enrichment and allow us to keep you informed of PTO events.

Please take this opportunity to become a member. We are hoping that ALL Maryvale Primary families will join the PTO this year. Annual dues are $1.00 per member. Please complete the form below and include your donation in cash or check made payable to the Maryvale Primary PTO in a sealed envelope marked PTO Membership and return it to your child's teacher.
